If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account.
If you use any Hardware Service you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password as the Authorised User, including authorising and setting access levels to your new and existing users on your account. The total Liability which Hardware shall owe to you in respect of claims shall not exceed 125% of fees paid by you in the last 12 months in respect of the products or service to which the claim(s) relate.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
The formation, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of these conditions shall be governed by English Law and we both agree to herby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
